Indian army arrested Sakib Moinullah Shah a suspected Pakistani rebel in Indian-controlled Kashmir and revovered large arms and ammunition from him, a top army officer said. Some 31 Islamic militants infiltrated into Indian Kashmir from the Pakistani zone of the disputed region over the past few weeks, a captured Islamic militant said. The revelations came as Indian Kashmir is preparing for the next round of general elections. Voting in Kashmir has been split into five stages for security reasons.
